The Palace Bahrain
Basic hotel with good access to nearby entertainment. Adequate pricing and value for money.
Rooms are decorated in various shades of cream, and bathrooms are finished in sand-coloured mosaic tiles. The hotel has flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, and if you’re on business there’s internet access and secretarial services on hand. The swimming pool is big enough for lengths, but if you fancy a dip there’s a pool bar you can lounge around in before hitting the hotel’s nightspots – there are better bars to head to in Bahrain, though. On the restaurant front, there’s an international buffet, which is adequate rather than inspirational.
