Luxury 4 and 5 star hotels come comparably cheap and offer outdoor pools, shopping centres or the race track itself on your door step. Most drivers stay out in Sepang approximately 45 mins from downtown KL. But the better deals on F1 accommodation can be found in the city centre and our friendly drivers will take you to the action in no time.

The regularly updated Sepang International Circuit of Malaysia, is a great spectators circuit, built in a stadium-like manner. The circuit lays in a valley which enables you to see almost half of the circuit at all times irrespective of where you sit, in terms of grandstand tickets purchased.

Excellent holiday extensions are available at very affordable prices, like a visit to the amazing beaches of Langkawi and Penang islands, a mere 30-45min flight away.

The overwhelming heat and humidity are physically wearing for the drivers in a way experienced at no other venue on the calendar. It is a very tough affair for both drivers and cars. April really is the cruellest month in Malaysia, with the highest rainfall of the year and average temperatures of 26 degrees centigrade. Be prepared for some changing weather conditions!
