Garnier Suite & Garden Terrace, Hotel de Paris
The Garnier Suite and Viewing Terrace at the Hotel de Paris is an unprecedented viewing opportunity directly overlooking Casino Square. This luxurious facility offers an exceptional first floor level vantage point of the track as the drivers enter the Place du Casino. It is considered by many to be the single most coveted race-viewing location on the entire circuit. Winston Churchill Suite & Garden Terrace, Hotel de Paris
The magnificent Winston Churchill Suite and terrace may well boast of being Monaco's most sought after viewing location. Situated on the very roof of the Hotel de Paris, the Churchill Suite offers superb panoramic views over large areas of the race circuit, as well as the harbour and ocean. Additionally, guests are able to take advantage of access to the trackside ground floor Garden Terrace of the Hotel de Paris. Guests are served an extensive gourmet Hotel de Paris buffet lunch and enjoy an open bar of champagne, fine wines, beer, soft drinks, teas and coffee. Midi Terrace, Hotel Hermitage
The Midi Terrace of the Hotel Hermitage provides stunning views over the harbour and the track. Watch the cars speed around the first corner, Saint Devote and beneath you as they race up Beau Rivage. The Belvedere is a superb raised viewing platform, built especially for the Grand Prix, to enhance your view. A giant television screen is located directly opposite this facility to help you keep abreast of the action around the track. A superb sit-down buffet lunch, including wine, is served in the beautiful Eiffel Mezzanine located in the Hotel Hermitage. Champagne, fine wines, ice-cold beers, fruit juices, soft drinks and mineral water are served on the terrace. Earplugs and souvenir race programs are provided with our compliments.

Hospitality on the Start/Finish Line

Choose from our stunning roof terraces, apartments with balconies and unique viewing locations around the most famous port. Shangri-La gives you access to a roof terrace in the Shangri-La building which is located next to the start/finish grid. Caravelles gives you access to a rooftop apartment in the Caravelles building which is located next to the last third of the start/finish grid. Albatros gives you access to an apartment offering views of most of the start-finish straight; alongside the start/finish grid.

On the Bvd. Albert ler, the main avenue along the harbour, this tall impressive building is on the last third of the start/finish straight opposite the swimming pool area and the spectacular harbour where all the luxury yachts are moored.

Obviously the vistas from the roof are superb and you have a unique view of almost the whole circuit, while the remainder can be seen from the big T.V. screen.

Terraces and Apartments - Port, Start/Finish, Swimming Pool

All our terraces are located on the start /finish line and the main Port Hercules offering fantastic views: a 75% view of the race. Guests will enjoy the proximity of the prestigious yachts, the buzz of the harbour, sights of the Historical old town, the action of the pit lane and charge of the cars up Casino hill. In the attached proposal we have selected various terraces for exclusivity or shared use offering excellent VIP hospitality packages with great buffet, fine wine and a dedicated and personalised service. Hereunder is a brief description of the terraces:

Caravelles & Ermanno Building
The Caravelles and Ermanno buildings are the most sought after locations offering the ultimate viewing with a massive 75% of the circuit. The terraces are wide and spacious which enables very comfortable seating on the covered outdoor terraces for all guests.

Herakles, Albatros & Shangri-La Building
The Herakles and Shangri-La are the other top viewing buildings with similar views to the Ermanno and Caravelles, again directly on the start / finish line, in fact pole position is just in front of the building. The Albatros Building has only apartments on the lower floors and whilst you are close to the pit exit and start finish line you may not view over the trees towards the swimming pool. Check with a member of staff to ensure you book the best locations according to availability.

For the Caravelle and Shangri-La roofs, a beautiful tent structure is constructed for the occasion, which can be branded and decorated in your corporate colours, with all the necessary VIP facilities. This enables it to be one of the top venues and most ideal settings to view the race from a panoramic viewing point slightly higher up and therefore further away from the cars and track.

The Beau Rivage is a product that offers great value. We consider this as an "upgraded" grandstand seat. The viewing is better and much more vast than a grandstand seat. Within the facility guests benefit from all the comfort of a hospitality suite (programs, earplugs, washrooms, comfortable seating, refreshments etc.) as well as champagne aperitif, excellent buffet lunch, wines, drinks, etc. throughout the day and is only very slightly more expensive than a grand stand seat, therefore giving great value for money. 

Panorama Building / Bristol / Princes
These buildings offer good value for money and the Panorama building has some fantastic larger apartments and balconies to offer for groups and corporate clients. Bristol and Princes have smaller more intimate spaces for smaller groups of 8-15 guests. Great for family and friends or for groups wanting an exclusive space to themselves rather than sharing with other guests.

Port Palace Hotel & Roof Top
Hotel Port Palace's Michelin-star restaurant has a rooftop terrace overlooking the port and major parts of the race track. Designed by Leila Menchari of Hermès Paris, spacious guestrooms feature marina views, free Wi-Fi, and 42-inch plasma TVs with international channels. Marble bathrooms have separate showers and tubs. F1Corporate offers the restaurant for evening dinners as well as day race viewing packages to clients not staying at the hotel.
